It is also worth noting that the four-star rating is absolutely not comparable to Italian four-star standards. By Italian criteria, this hotel would realistically be closer to a two-star property. The only positive aspect of the stay was the staff, who were friendly, polite, and helpful at all times. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of renovation and far better cleaning standards. At its current state, the value for money is disappointing."
